I specialise in creating yoga experiences that blend mindfulness with movement, offering classes in a range of styles—from dynamic Vinyasa flows to the grounding stillness of Yin and Restorative yoga. My teaching also integrates meditation and breathwork, helping students cultivate both physical strength and mental clarity.
I've taught on retreats, workshops, and in studios. From leading revitalising sessions during a week-long retreat in Bali to teaching weekly yoga classes, my goal is always the same: to help you connect with your body and mind, and leave each class feeling rejuvenated and centered together.
